Living & Dining Areas
The open plan living areas are furnished to the highest standard, air-conditioned and comfortably accommodating, to ensure you enjoy your vacation to the full. With subtle lighting, facilities include cable TV, DVD, and CD hi-fi. For the children, there is a Playstation and for the parents, a selection of DVD movies.
Whether you prefer formal dining at the table or a quick snack at the breakfast area, there is adequate seating for all guests. Should you wish to eat in, there is a fully-fitted kitchen, with all modern conveniences - including: large fridge freezer, dishwasher, large oven and microwave. All cutlery and crockery is provided.
Aside from the kitchen, laundry facilities include a washing-machine and dryer.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The property hosts a Master King Size Suite, A Queen Size Suite plus 2 Two Twin bedrooms.
The Master Suite - There is a huge king-size bed, accommodating furnishings and lighting, TV and telephone. The bedroom has it's own large en-suite bathroom and seperate shower. His and Hers walk in closets and patio doors providing access to the pool area.
The Master suite is to the rear of the property looking out onto the pool area.
The Queen Suite - This room has a queen sized bed, accommodating furnishings and lighting. TV. Private en - suite bathroom and walk in closet.
The Queen suite is to the front of the property.
Twin Bedrooms - Both twin rooms have two single beds, accommodating furnishings, TV and ample closet storage.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned, with adequate cupboard and wardrobe space.
Bathrooms - There are Three full sized bathrooms in the home.
Outdoors & Pool Area
Fully screened, with a fantastic private pool, providing all the peace and quiet you need to chill-out and relax. However, in the hot Florida sun, should you wish to cool down and go for a swim, there is a lovely spacious pool which ranges in depth up to 6 feet and has a separate Spa.
There is ample pool furniture alongside, with separate table and chairs under the cooling lanai with ceiling fan.
Should you wish to swim during the cooler months, pool heating is available at an additional cost.
Other Areas
If you decide not to visit the parks every day, make use of our fantastic childrens playground or tennis courts a short stroll from our home.
